Elegant, cool and impossibly cunning, Sourya were a band who had somehow found themselves  in the record business as the brightest future of the new french electro pop, where they earned themselves a reputation as geniuses by purportedly thinking up the «  Daft Punk meet Brian Wilson concept  » that lured cognoscenti in 2010. The new decade looked fantastic. Then...

The band skipped back and forth between parenthood and record business disillusionment. Sourya bitter over the ''Dawdlewalk'' suicidal theories of their label but nonetheless undaunted, then began to work on songs for other artists  (Sporto Kantes, Dombrance, Call Me Senor), played on a unique overwordly night with an orchestra  and started to create several pieces of music.

Finally after 3 years, ''Winterwind ep'', the new Sourya record is available now on 12'' vinyl and digital. 5 new songs.   Assembled sophistically , the subtle nuances covered up by Morricone romanticism (Winterwind, Skeleton), robotic string-beats (Deadwalker) and modern experimentation à la ''Smile'' (Bubblepop).
